Recovery is single handedly the most important part of your training. It allows your body time to heal, improves your performance, and decreases the risk of potential injury.

About

Pillar Athlete Performance classes are designed to develop competitive and robust athletes. The program is created with the mindset of helping athletes take their game to the next level. Each session is 90 minutes long and consists of: 30 minutes of speed and agility and 1 hour of sport and individual specific strength training/mobility. Athletes will receive programs based on their abilities that are designed to combat areas that need improvement.

Schedule

Classes will run Monday- Thursday 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm and Saturday at 10 am
Groups are limited to 8 athletes per session
