Ages 12 & Up
Pillar Athlete Performance classes are designed to develop competitive and robust athletes. The program is created with the mindset of helping athletes take their game to the next level. Each session is 90 minutes long and consists of: 30 minutes of speed and agility and 1 hour of sport and individual specific strength training/mobility. Athletes will receive programs based on their abilities that are designed to combat areas that need improvement.

Pillar Youth Athlete Performance is for ages 9-11. It is an introductory class to get young athletes ready to participate in our Athlete Performance Training (ages 12+). Youth Performance is an hour long class that will focus on speed and agility for 30 minutes and 30 minutes of age-appropriate strength training.

Train like the pros! Users execute simple movement scans on a high-fidelity force plate that captures real-time ground reaction forces. Through a combination of machine learning models and biomechanical analyses, the time series data is transformed into a set of movement health metrics, and injury risk and performance scores, empowering users to make fast and accurate decisions.
