TAYLOR RASZKA

- 1st round draft pick to the Plymouth Whalers in the OHL
- 25 plus goal season for the Brampton Battalion on 2005 season
- Won Humantarian of the Year 2005
- Played professional hockey with the Detroit Red Wings, Toronto Maple Leafs, Columbus Blue Jackets and Minnesota Wild Minor league program.
- Received full ride scholarship to the University of Prince Edward Island for Hockey after my professional hockey career was over
- Has over 16 years experience training hockey players

ERIN KIELMEYER
DIRECTOR OF ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE
Coach Erin comes to us with a wealth of knowledge with her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Masters in Kinesiology, both from BGSU. Pillar Fitness currently trains all Notre Dame High School teams where Erin is the head strength and conditioning coach. Before coming to Pillar Fitness, Erin was a sport performance coach for BGSU, Iowa State, and UT’s women’s soccer teams. Her coaching career started in soccer where she worked as a coach for Pacesetter Soccer Club and Maumee High School. Erin is passionate about helping athletes move well and stay healthy. Erin enjoys CrossFit, biking, and walking her dog.

ANGELA HOFFSIS
DIRECTOR OF ADULT FITNESS

Coach Angela is from Bowling Green Ohio and comes to us with a Bachelor's of Exercise Science from BGSU. She previously attended Albion College and played 2 years of varsity softball. She has been around sports her whole life as a 3 sport athlete in high school by golfing, playing basketball, and softball and still enjoys playing softball for coed teams. She is passionate about helping athletes (of all ages!) succeed by putting in the work in the gym. She as excited to meet new people and help them reach their health and fitness goals.

TRACY PAPPAS
GENERAL MANAGER - COACH

As the manager for Total Sports Complex in Rossford OH Tracy brings her extensive background in operations and facility management. She has a passion for providing fitness and sports opportunities for people of all ages! Tracy is a proud mom of 2 teenagers and is always striving to better herself and those around her.

Logan Lambdin
HOCKEY ACADEMY COACH
Coach Logan is from Monroe MI. He previously played Varsity hockey at Michigan state university and now plays professionally with the Kalamazoo K-Wings. Logan has been playing hockey since he was 3 years old and is very passionate about teaching hockey to all ages! During Covid season Lambdin coached kids of all skill levels and loves working to push them towards their goals. His goal as a coach is to make kids realize their true potential and help them become the best they can be!

Tyquan Statham

ALLISON BUSSELL
ADULT FITNESS COACH
Allison started coaching CrossFit in March of 2020. Previously, she coached JV basketball for 3 years and JV softball for 7 years. Currently, she is in her second year of coaching a National Fastpitch softball team. In college, she played basketball and softball for Lake Michigan College for 2 years and then played softball and the University of Toledo for 2 years. Allison is a Sports Performance Coach / Adult Fitness Coach as well as a Certified IYCA Speed and Agility Specialist.
In 2019 she got married and has 2 dogs (Griffey and Kinsler). When not coaching she is a Kindergarten/First Grade looping teacher or playing slowpitch softball.

SCOTT BEARD
ADULT FITNESS COACH

Scott is a Retired Detective/Sergeant from the Michigan State Police (31 years). He has been involved in sports and fitness his whole life as a 4 sport letterman at Columbia Central High School (baseball, basketball, football, and cross country) and 4 year varsity baseball player at Saginaw Valley State University. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from SVSU (Criminal Justice major, Health and Physical Education minor). He coached multiple high school boys and girls sports for over 10 years and was the General Manager of the Southern Michigan Timberwolves semi pro football team from 2001-2018 (2017 National Champs). He is happily married to Kim, and has 4 children/stepchildren, and 6 grandchildren
